CURRENT COVID-19 POLICIES:
Due to the nature of our shop, we are very grateful to be able to run normally for the most part during these times. We are still taking precautions to protect our employees, so occasionally unexpected delays may occur. We apologize for any inconvenience and do our best to get things out as quickly as possible.
Unfortunately at this time we are not able to guarantee any delivery dates of orders. We will do everything in our power to get your order to you as quickly as possible, but all carriers are experiencing delays and once it is out of our hands we do not have any control over delivery. We appreciate your patience through this time!
SHOP ORDERS:
- SHIPPING-Current turnaround is 2 weeks. Sale orders may take an additional week to ship due to high volume. Items are shipped via USPS First Class and generally arrive in 3-5 business days once they are shipped. We are not responsible for lost/stolen packages. If you need your order for a specific day/event, please email us BEFORE you place your order. We can generally accommodate these requests but must have enough notice.
- ORDER CHANGES/CANCELLATIONS-We must be notified within 48 hours of placing your order. Changes requested after this time frame can not be accommodated.
- RETURNS/EXCHANGES-Due to the nature of our products, returns are not accepted and refunds will not be issued once a package has been opened. We must be notified within 3 business days of your delivery if you feel there is a problem or error with your order. No packages will be accepted back without prior contact about the issue. We want you to love your purchase so if you'd like to exchange for a different size/color, please email us within 3 days of receiving your order.
SUBSCRIPTIONS:
- CHARGE DATE-Subscriptions are charged on the 10th of each month for the following set.
- SHIPPING-Subscriptions ship during the last week of the current month and the first week of the next month (excluding weekends). You may receive a shipping notification up to 7 days in advance due to shipment prep. If it has been a week and you don't see any tracking updates, send an email to blossomandbud@gmail.com.
